“Have kids it will be fun.“-Suggested no new parent ever!
Ever since being pregnant my once fully functioning brain turned into mush and into permanent fog. I was a zombie programmed to keep kids and myself alive, during a long period of sleep deprivation, which turned into adrenal fatigue and chronic fatigue.

I feel for those mamas that have to head back into work all too soon after giving birth. That would not have been possible in my state of health and luckily not necessary. Besides, the first years are the time the little ones grow and learn the fastest, it all passes by so quickly. Yes the days are long but the years are fast. The fear of missing out paired with the guilt of having to work never settles in a mother.

Mama wants her brains back!
Mama needs a purpose!

Recognize those school run mornings: Look, it’s Luis’s mum?! Hands on, who knows rather the kids name opposed to their parents?
I went from being me to being someone’s wife or someone’s mum.
To the point of wondering, who am I?
When opportunity presented itself for once I chose job over heart. I jumped right into starting my own business in the midst of insomnia, 2 toddlers, a husband travelling, visitors on the doorstep and a freshly adopted dog. Perfect timing.
Initially I just wanted to share the products that erased my brainfog and melted the post baby fat away. But as
And so I love to take the opportunity on this blog to share this new found energy and purpose with you!
